What is a famous Malaysian newspaper where I can post ads about my vacancies for concierge and property managers?

Nemodot

Star or Strait Times

Expensive so I heard to advertise. Jobstreet?

Gravitas

Try www.mudah it's active and first stop for most people

You may have better luck from the online link below (and no I don't work for them) rather than news paper as professionals nowadays rarely buys the newspaper.

1. www.jobstreet.com
2. www.jobsdb.com
3. www.mystarjob.com
4. www.jenjobs.com

But yes, the newspapers are The Star ( www.thestar.com.my ) and The New Strait Times (www.nst.com.my)

Nemodot

I disagree with the above. Our experience is that any online adverts dregs up less and lower quality candidates. Advertising in the new strait times means more better quality candidates.

Gravitas

As the jobs are low paid it seems sensible to target likely applicants and so jobstreet might work. English language newspapers are not the best source so instead choose one of papers for the type of person you want.

Nemodot

The newspapers are for locals and salaries 2-8k type not high end mostly

Here is a list of the papers and the languages they are printed in.

There are other online newspapers as well, but Mudah is a free listing site and very popular with job seekers for the type of work you are offering:

You will need the have some set up in Malaysia to employ people I believe. This will also apply if you are trying to reach out to foreign workers who are permitted to work in the service sector.
