Hi there,

Me and my girlfriend were thinking to relocate to Cancun and we need some advice before :

1.Is it easy to get a job in Cancun?

2.How difficult is it to get a work permit?

3.Do they welcome expats?

Thanks you for your input.

Hello! I live in Playa del Carmen, wich is like 30 min away form cancun.
Its easy to live in Mexico, anywhere, and to get a job in Cancun for a foreigner is not diffucult, but consider this

the high season of cancun ends around agoust, if youre not here by then, getting a job will be more difficult
work permits are given by your employer, but youll pay for it, most of the times.
search for a job in computrabajo.com.mx

hope this is good for you

take care

Hello Victorc  Cancun is a tourist destination with nice golf courses. If you have expiriance in hospitality trade, computors or contruction you might get buy, But your wage would be very low for the cost to make a living there. I don't know your background and what you do. If your a doctor or dentist then I would think you would have no problem.
