Incredible,this thread goes back almost 7yrs,with edward1958 and samramon giving sterling advice ! It appears not too many knew what they were buying into,till much later.I am sure it offered security,a location near great beaches but.............With the new flood of tourists turned investors during the pandemic,I wonder what kid of luck the original owners had selling out,to get out of this type of property ownership with legal constraints.By reading some of this in the above posts/comments,you get a whiff that it is something worse than just a condo ownership.

I was told that my house was sold to someone else while I owned it.
