Hello,

Do you guys face the same situation , while logging to the moi portal account for the first time,
that when I tried to log in for the first time it asks for the new user name and password, but it never log in with that one.
I don't know why it asked for that user name and password, but actually it lo-gin with Iqama Id and password which sent to you on Mobile.

After creating your username and password, you must go one of the passports machines to validate your identity and confirm your mobile phone, then you will be able to login, I used the machine inside STC branch king Fahd road crossing Tahlia road exactly on the traffic light.

Yes, I created with ABSHAR machine only , i didn't create online, so once they sent the password on mobile. I tried to lo-gin at that time it asked for a new user name and password, what this username is for?

Try to create new username and password online, that machine could just verify your identity, anyway try your Iqama No. as your username or your mobile number starting with 9665XXXXXXXX without 00 or +.

Yes some times its giving headache like this, I think best option is to go back again to that machine and try once more, one of my friend face the same problem and then we went again to that machine and later we made his account and it worked so try your luck once more.
