Jeddah Compounds - 2 Bed, 60-80k SAR

Hi all,
I am an expat in Khobar and will be moving to Jeddah in the next couple of months.
I would appreciate if someone can help me short-list decent compounds in the range of 60-80k SAR for a 2 bed, UNFURNISHED. We already have all our stuff so will be moving it to Jeddah.
We are a couple with a 2 year old kid so preferably a place with some activity area, play facilities for kids.
