New to Stuttgart: Where can I get my hair cut?

OK, so maybe this isn't the most important question a newcomer might have, but I'm in need of a hair cut and I don't know where to go.  I don't want a cheap cut.  I need someone who can speak good english, as I haven't learned the language yet. 

Any suggestions?

If anyone is close to the airport. I know of 1 out here by me. They are all super great inexpensive and the skills and creativity eveen for the most simplest of things is just great.

wow - wish I would have found this about a week ago - I have been putting off getting my hair done until I go back to the states in a week to visit!!  I did see that Tony and Guys and will def check it out.   Thanks for all the info
