Check tripadviser.com. The restaurant rankings for HCMC will give you a ton of great options. My personal recommendation off that list is Ciao Bella. Excellent Italian food, complimentary champaign, and the atmosphere is so romantic! I haven't personally been to the French restaurant that's ranked #2 but I've heard great things about that place too. Hope you like it!

I don't even know where to start meeting marriage material vnese ladies, let alone know where to take them out for valentines. But I wanted to be part of this topic...I'm still learning the dating thing
