Find urgent blood donor group A negative (or O negative)

Dear members of the expat-blog and my friends,
I received this message. I don't know if anybody can help in HCMC:

We need urgently the blood donor Group A- (A Negative) for saving the life of Mrs. Angela Ostlender’s husband, who is currently treated at HCMC in the Tim Tam Duc Hospital and also supervised by Dr. Thinh of the Family Medical Practice.
He had a massive heart attack with coma, renal failure and suffers now on a pneumonia. He needs every day a blood transfusion of blood group A negative, so that its state remains stable. The last available blood in HCMC was consumed this morning…. .The doctors just asked to assist them in looking for convenient blood donors.

Unfortunately, no blood can be imported, therefore we are looking for donors on the spot (or donors who would be willing to come to HCMC). Your blood type is A negative or you know someone having it and willing to help, please then directly contact one of the following numbers:
