I am member of several such organisations, and more exist.
Red Cross, Greenpeace, Amnesty International, Médecins Sans Frontières, UNICEF and WWF are some of the better known ones.

Médecins Sans Frontières is excellent.  As is Habitat for Humanity.

Is there more details about the organization and the conditions to join please?

the organization name is safe earth , and the scope focusing on the humanities services defeating hunger and global warming and disease through supporting the science efforts, and using the media and movie making to highlight the suffer of the people around the world, who have any other suggestion and question ?
