to be fair it only says refund to those who have completed form H and been refused by ARMs - no mention of anyone else.

they in all likelyhoods, wont be the ones to decide.... and they shouldnt be  - they are only a mechanism for collecting revenue - not very well as it happens.

we will just have to see how it pans out

i think its one thing saying it and quite another thing being able to pay for the refunds...Enemalta dont have any money, Arms dont have much either, that leaves the government....and who pays the government  - the taxpayers do.....

even if refunds are possible  - anyone claiming successfully wouldnt get the cash back (as we all know nobody here likes giving money back once they got it ) its more likely to be a credit on account  - on account they got no  money...LOL

Totally agree,
chance of a refund 0%

interesting comments in regards to landlords refusing to register the consumer/end-user... i reckon wotever they sort out for that one, will only be specific to the locals... creating yet again a two-tier system...

Toon

they cant do that Kolac....

one thing is for sure it wont stop there - there will be efforts to stem the tax evasion... the EU are well aware of it and will force the authorities to make concerted efforts to do so
