Procedures for a Malaysian girl marry to Indonesia?

Hi Everyone, this is Queenie from Malaysia.

Me and my boyfriend are planning to register our marriage in June this year but we both are headache about what is the procedures / documents which we will need to prepare/present especially from Malaysia side.

I heard that i might need a document to certified that i'm still single and no criminal records. Is it means that i will need a Letter of Good Conduct from Immigration? Anyone who have the experience and would like to share?
