Advice on job offer

Dear Friends,
I have received a job offer for the post of Project Manager. I am from India and have experience of 15 years and a 4 year degree in mechanical engineering. The salary offered is as below:
Salary - SAR 13400 per month
Housing Allowance - SAR 3350 per month
Kids Education Allownace - SAR 1250 per month
Medical insurance for self + family
Flight tickets twice per year
Car and fuel expenses borne by company

Is it worth accepting this offer. I am already getting close to this in India. Only attraction for me is tax savings and international experience.

The Offer is reasonable, but if you are getting the same in india then u should compare the life style. Here there is no life for family except Shopping Malls. Your family will get bore and the education here is not much good as compare with india if the amount per moth for education is for all kids then you can not get Cambridge education for your kids.

anyways there r so many Indian here but again compare kids education and Family life style which is very restricted here.

according to the total package you could easily save 8-10K per month. so its your decision what you wanna choose now.
