Kindly adopt the following procedure
1. First of all ask your company to attest the introduction letter that they have given you , from chamber of commerce.
2. They want your complete transcript which contains your final Cumulative GPA and list of all the courses that you studied.You have to provide them the transcript for 7 years not 4 years because you complete your degree in 7 years. Ask your university to issue you a new transcript.
After completing 1 and 2 , upload your introduction letter and transcript and submit it online
