1 bed accommodation

Hi everyone,

I have recently joined the site and may be moving to Khobar in the near future. I am looking to rent a 1 bedroom apartment/room in a compound. Can anyone recommend such accommodation costing around 70k annually and is there likely to be a waiting list.

Any advice is appreciated.
