Assuming you're not wealthy enough to live without a job there are basically two options.

1. Get a job at a company that sends you to another country.
2. Move to another country and get a job.

Either way you are going to need a work permit / permit of stay and the rules for those differ from country to country.
You should also learn the language of the country where you are planning to move.
