feel so lonely lately
no words to explain how i exactly feel

You need to snap out of this feeling of depression. Think happy thoughts not negative ones.
Always think positively.
Your glass is always half full not half empty.
Look around you and see the good not the bad even if you have to look hard to find it.
Find like minded people who are positive so you support each other.
Sitting around and dwelling on things in a negative way will only make matters worse for you.

I will tell you one ancient true story which might help you to be happy...
There was a man he messed up his whole life...got problem from all the sides...wife..family..friends..business...every thing...then he decided to leave all and went to the forest and started living a spiritual life even though he achieved so many secrets of life then also he didn't found the happiness and rested same as he was lonely& sad...then one night he started thinking why this is happening only to me...whole night he was looking back and back his own real life films flash back....before it was morning he come to a conclusion that it is he who want to be lonely otherwise everyone in the nature are happy and smiling,he decided i will not be like this and promised himself that atleast for 24 hours i will be happy and lets see what is going to change...he found that whole day he was not sad then next day again he promised the same thing..same result and it became his nature....finally when he was dieing people asked how you found this happiness then he said his story....so try this and you will feel happy....

Sorry to hear that you're feeling sad and depressed again. I hope that knowing that we're all here rooting for you to feel much better real soon will help to make a difference for you.
I guess it's time to go back and re-read the advice I gave you in your original topic when you were feeling down the last time. Maybe if you go back to doing the "positive self-talk" lists that I suggested then you'll be back up on top in no time flat!
Until then just remember that we all care about you and want you smiling again soon.

There could be health issues.
Did you check a doctor?
Working class people have what is called an 'anguished' mind because they never know what tomorrow brings. You have to remember if you have been as depressed as you are now in the past or worse.
We forummers here are not qualified to give advice for mental depressions, and if you do not go to a doctor fast it can only get worse long-term.
And one more thing Houwayda.
I wonder: how depressed must I be to write such depressing post?
Something is not in order with you, and you must seek medical advice fast.
Getting sick is OK; staying sick is not.
I also hope that you are sincere with us at this forum and don't just post bad news to see what response and from whom you get.

what made me write this is that i really was feeling down and needed a shoulder to lean upon

Maybe there is a small chance that you know what the source is of your depression?
If you know then you have to face it and work it out.
Look in the mirror every day and tell to that person you see: I love you and give her a big kiss.
Depressed feelings can go away but you have to work on it, with or without professional help.

Depression can get to you at any time. You feel like you don't want to talk,eat or even see people.
It us one of the hardest things for people to understand so you don't get much help.
So many people say snap out of it but you just can't.
Being positive is hard also. I suggest you always take a walk and look at the sea if you can. It is calming to the mind. Try to keep your mind occupied and force yourself to smile a little each day and it does pass but it seems to take time.
Don't be lonely if you keep that in your mind you will feel lonely all the time.
Try to make yourself feel positive about life and what you have.
What in general are you doing in life? Often we can feel depressed when we're not accomplishing and making progress. If that's the situation, write up your goals and dreams, and plan out some small steps to get you closer to those goals.

In Life if there is a Sadness or depression for that there is a reason and it can only be found by the person who is sad or depressed....and once the person comes to know the reason then it won't be that sadness or depression which it was like before not knowing....And whatever good or bad ...it will pass away...so even sadness and depression will also be...
Nothing is hard either to be positive or negative...its you who has to decide what i should be....rest taking walk in the sea shore is good idea to get calm but someone is depressed for him/her even sea will become sad and depressed....
