hear my heartbeat and unusual noise from my right ear!

For the past 2 weeks I have been able to hear my heartbeat in my right ear, Its like a water running under pressure .
No pain but feel slight pressure there sometimes,I otherwise feel healthy. I have hearing aids. I've consulted some doctors here but I still have problem.
has anybody had similar experiences? Anybody can suggest a good ENT doctor to me??

I had similar symptoms to what you mentioned. I used to use headphones and earphones a lot. Could this be the reason?

Also, I used to have low blood pressure and doctors told me that the symptoms in my ear are for the same reason. Luckily, all I had to take for this is more salt. Now I don't have these symptoms anymore.

This is by no means medical advice I'm giving ... it's just my personal experience.

It's first time that I face this problem, I'm working as EHS (Environmental, health & safety) specialist so I aware of the high noise levels, also I was working as a music producer and you know well how noise we face in studios, my doctor told me it's a matter of blood pressure, but I do not confident her diagnosis. I'm new here in Kuwait (only one year).
I'm wearing hearing aids (inside the ear canal) my other doctor told me that my ear is exhausted and I need to rest it. I just want to know a good hospital that I can visit regardless of the cost.
