Anyone has some good place to suggest go with family for outdoor fun, later to have picnic on the blanket, kids to have somewhere to tun/play/...

even though I'm without a car, even gozo is acceptable, i'll take a bus :D

there is a lovely place with trees and benches between the mellieha bypass and the village of manikata and also the family park on the outskirts of Mellieha and selmun

There are lots of places around. Avoid Sundays or go out really early and mark your spot!

North of the island there is Kennedy Grove/Melita Gardens. Buskett is lovely with it's orange groves. Armier ridge is nice too with stunning views. Ta' Qali is great for kids and has the play park too. Anywhere along Chadwick Lakes and is a lovely walk...The list is endless!!

Be prepared to be slightly shocked at the amount of litter that the average Maltese family will leave behind after the family picnic.

I would have to say T' Qali national park is one of the best places. Lots of space, nice gardens & at this time of the year nice & green too  :top:
