Finding accommodation in Lebanon

Many people ask about finding a place to live in Lebanon. I'm sure there must be quite a few resources out there so I thought we could make a list of websites and agencies. Eventually it could make a web page in the Expat.com Guide as a one-stop shop for this info.
What website and agencies do you know of? I'd like to know about sales as well as rentals for those looking to move here permanently. Feel free to include any notes or experiences.

Thank you Georgia. I'm currently trying to rent an apartment for a few months this autumn and it's proving difficult from a distance, especially for my budget range ($400 or so a month). Is it easier when you are in the country?

It seems like a good resource. However, they haven't responded to my applications or to my attempt to contact them so it may be that it's no longer maintained.
