The idea is to exchange short conversational dialogues in either Vietnamese or English as a learning information exchange tool. There is not a lot of this type of material out there which is easily accessable and can be used by both Vietnamese learning English and visa-versa. There are to my way of thinking at least four categories in this subject:
1.An English dialogue posted by an English native speaker to be translated into Vietnamese;
2.A Vietnamese dialogue posted by a Vietnamese native speaker to be translated into English;
3.An "English dialogue" posted by a Vietnamese Speaker learning English: and
4.A" Vietnamese dialogue" posted by an English Speaker learning Vietnamese.

Although there is an immediate and obvious benefit in restricting the options above to the first two (at least to start with), maybe that would dampen the fun factor somewhat.

So here goes with my first offering in category 4 above.

But first a few rules:
1 The dialogue must be short;
2 It must have a short title;
3 Restrict it two two persons;
4 Keep it simple
5 It needs a practical pitch to expats

At the risk of showing my ignorance in these things could you explain what you mean by "doing it on Skype".  I appreciate your post and will act on it but "how to " is my question.
