I finished my a levels last year(2013) and currently on the look out for a job but its been my dream on building my own gaming rig(computer) and so most of the best components i need to experience the best GAMING EXPERIENCE is on e bay and i dont know much on how the process of me getting the delivery,meaning i know that payment is made on paypal but how do i get the delivered goods,will it go to the post office or to my doorstep...do i need to open a post office account or something??

luckly all of the components costs little below $200 so no payment of duty but will appreciate if u can also explain on how duty works toooo

im currently living in mal'e maldives and it will stay that way for a long time
