It's bad enough that we have to open PMs before we can delete them, but now when we open a PM from a banned member, there's no option to even delete it.

Hello Hailey,

we improved this feature a couple of days ago. Can you see the "manage conversations" button ? I guess we should make it bigger by the way...

Hello HaileyinHongKong,

A new system has been made so as to be able to manage your conservations and delete them. The option can be seen in the right corner of your private message list.

You can delete the whole conversation with a banned person without consulting the message.
You can also delete the message one by one by consulting them then hovering the message and clicking on the icon that appears.

You must manage your conversations to be able to delete a message thread on the list of messages.

Here is an image that shows where to click to manage your messages:

After you clicked on the manage conversation you must choose which conversation to delete.
