Hi - like Snidknits we've been living here in Bangalore since January. My name is Gill, and my husband Stewart works for BAE SYSTEMS and is out here supporting a contract, we don't know how long for but are just enjoying it while we can. Not always the easiest place to live, but we're up to the challenge!

it's very easy if you're a lady of leisure, you just join the Overseas Women's Club who meet every week at a very posh hotel to drink lots of coffee, and you can then join loads of other things. I'm currently in a book club, craft club and cookery club and have met some really nice people. Men are welcome too, if anyone's reading this....!
