Hello guys,

Well I'm 30 years old Portuguese and Peruvian citizen ( weird mix lol) Currently living in Portugal.
I have been in the USA for more o less 10 years where i finished my high school and part of University ( New Jersey).
Fluent in Spanish and English unfortunately my level in German is very poor but I am willing to learn.
Frankfurt is a city that called my attention when i went there couple years ago to visit a friend, ever since I always wanted to go there to live and prob establish my self. Why now? I just finish a small course of IT in Portugal and basically I don't want to wait any longer to go there.
As far as know education (university) is very accessible there so I want to finish my career once for all,
My main concern is if I would be able to find a job to get by without speaking German, I know i wont be easy at the beginning but according to my experience abroad everything gets even more complicated without an income right?

Best regards

Ovidio

Can anyone give me some guidelines and website to apply for jobs before going there?

Hi Lisboa1982,

Please note that your thread is now on the Frankfurt forum for more visibility and for a better communication with the other members living there. :)

I found these job websites on the internet, maybe it will be useful for you :

- http://www.learn4good.com/jobs/language … y/germany/

I also advise you to have a look to the articles about Work in Germany  here :
