Hello,
My name is Mr. Menno Werff and I am Dutch living in the Netherlands.
I want to relocate to HCMC, I have VN wife and 5 yr son.
Can you let me know which apartments are available and the renting prices, and also the additional costs if there are like service costs and so on.Can you also sent me the renting terms and conditions please?

Hi

I think there is a separate classified forum for renting an apartment. I've seen apartments for USD100 up to USD2,500, depending on where you want to stay. Additional costs also vary depending on how you negotiate with the owner.

Conditions tend to be 2 to 3 months deposit down, 1 year contract, but again vary.

Your best bet is to come down to Vietnam, live in a hotel for a couple of weeks, and look around for yourself.
