Hi Cindy. I live on Hai Ba Trung in district 1, HCMC and there are about 5 pharmacies on this street. I don't know the exact addresses, but I'd start around 372 Hai Ba Trung. Write down what you need and show it to them. I've gotten birth control with no prescription, but this pill might be a little different. Hope this helps
