I suggest that a first step would be to set a date, a place and a budget.
Here is a proposal:
Date and time: Friday Feb. 9, 2012 @ 8pm
Place: Hotel Ibis Casablanca City Center (next to Gare Casa-Port)
Budget:
110 DH / person to be paid directly to hotel (This includes service, a light cocktail dinner with soft drinks, meet, chicken, quiche and wine).
If you like the idea I may contact the hotel.
