Accommodation near PUC-RIO for 3012 month or longer if good

Hi, I will move to Brazil from Ukraine because of permanent contract with PUC-RIO University

I need long term rental contract somewhere near (means up to 45 min by metro, bus) this University (Rua Marquês de São Vicente, 225 Gávea).

I will arrive end of April (cab be negotiated)
I will stay in Rio at least 1 year, but want to have initial rental contract for 1 month with possible prolongation.
I need 1 bedroom apartment for 2 persons (me and my wife)
Can somebody offer me something?
