Need suggestion for opening zero balance monthly charges free account

Hi Friends,

I wish to open Zero Balance Saving Account without any monthly fees and maintenance charges and this regards looking for your suggestion. I have option 1) SABB 2) SAMBA 3) ANB 4) BSF 5) Al rajhi 6) Riyad banks. Pls suggest me based following facilities, customer service and staff response for resolving issue if any. The facility i need is
1) Zero balance and free of monthly / yearly maintenance charges
2) ATM cum Debit Card (International), Internet banking - free of charge
3) SMS alert / facility for every transaction
4) Statements through email - monthly
5) Online payment for various services and remittance to India
6) Hassle free services, loan facility, etc.

Remittance to india, NCB Quickpay is the best. All others am not sure...
