for now if your in Riyadh, the answer would be No. lol
but I'm hearing rumors that it will soon change in Jeddah.
nothing solid though.
but rest assured it wont happen soon.

I believe that the will to allow women to drive in KSA has always been there except for the nightmare logistical issues it involves in being able to manage it with an all male traffic police force in place.
The whole system has to undergo a gradua change keeping in mind each ones roles, responsibilities, procedures, and effective management.
It is not an open and shut case to simply remove the restrition and say "go ahead and drive...".
In reality there is no actual ban on women driving. Its just that the traffic police will not issue them with licenses that prevents them from doing so.
