Good Maternal schools - commune?

Hi,
After reading and discussing a lot with members, I have decided to put my daughter in local French school about which I have no clue about.
Since its time I start the race; needed some details as to how I select a maternal school . Also, i would like to know good schools in the following communes where thr are non Belgians too and where teachers can speak English(for me as a parent)
- 1000 Brussels
-Etterbeek
-WSP
-WSL
-Audergem.

Posted schools map so many times. Your search area is too large and would cover 100 schools. Choose nearest 10 max, phone them, email them, walk past them and knock on door. Keep doing this till you get a place
