about equivalente diplomas

Hi, I moved here in Malta about 2 years ago and i want to know if there's anywhere here where i can take my diplomas to be equivalent with the a or o levels. i'm from an european union country and we don't have a levels or o levels but we do have loads of exams to take, and in the end at 23 years i finished university. i wish to know that those years i spend in school won't be in vain.. and maybe i can do something here with my diplomas.
