Hi everyone!
I am a full time project manager and part time graduate student, finishing up my thesis for my Masters in International Business. I am conducting research to see if female expatriates are still facing the same issues/obstacles in the business world as they have in the past 30 years. If this sounds interesting to you and you would be willing to participate please private message me and I can send you the link to take my survey.

'New member conducting research' is OK, but make sure you are not spamming the other forum sections ...

Hi...I am not sure what you mean by spamming, my research/survey is real, not spam.
I have been private messaging candidates who meet the criteria if they would like to participate and take my survey...But when I do that I am told I have to post more on the forums in order to send more messages...

Posting the same thing in a load of forums and sending PMs on the same subject is normally considered spamming.

Hello tomboj21,

Just so that you are clear on what is considered spam on Expat-blog you should read the founder's posting Anti-spam system & new rules. That will give you the definition that is applied.

Copy & Paste messages cannot be sent out in bulk. That's another no-no here on the blog.

The more you participate on the forums the more you will become known here and make friends. That will reduce the chances that if you send an unsolicited private message to another member that it will be responded to, it also has the additional benefit of increasing the size of your mailbox. Just another advantage of really participating on the blog.

As you have been told, the best section for your survey is found in the classifieds section > Testimonies.
