If you live in Amsterdam - or just know it very well - what would you tell visitors to see?  I'm not talking about the usual travel book/Wikipedia options.  The Rijksmuseum and Cuypmarkt are nice, but there has to be a lot more to the city.

Where do the locals go?  What do they see and do?  What do most visitors miss?

Hi Hailey,

Amsterdam is a city where its never quit, you can see/do  lots of things.
Depends what are you into.

Visit the Vondelpark, Anne Frank huis, de areas de Pijp and the Jordaan, Waterloopplein, take a tour on water.
Visit the cinema, go to a theater, westergasfabriek,  the countless hofjes.
Or go out of the city and visit the Kinderdijk with all the windmills, visit a day or two at one of the beautiful little islands like Texel.

So much to do...

You can find me if you need more info or details...

What's the best time of year to go to Kinderdijk?  Or Alkmaar?

Primadonna
