Advice on ESL teaching in Morocco

Hi all!

Hope everyone is well. I'm new here and looking for information about teaching ESL in Morocco. I taught in South Korea the past two years and found the work very rewarding (apparently I do enjoy being surrounded by kids). I also have a strong desire to live in and experience Morocco. My big problem is where to start. Should I contact schools directly? Is a recruiter the way to go (like with many Asian countries)? Is a TEFOL certificate required (and a specific one or ones at that)?

Any advance would be extremely helpful.

Thank you for reading this,
Rory
