I wish to purchase a platinum solitaire ring in Dammam. Can anyone please suggest which places to look for & it is worth buying diamonds in Dammam than in Dubai.

I would not suggest buying diamonds from Dammam. Rather buy it from Dubai.However I bought from Khobar once. There is a very good diamond Jeweler and has has top end stones. Ask for gold souk in Khobar Shumalia street 1.

Can you suggest the shop names in dammam where you got the diamonds from. Moreover which shops do you recommend to buy a diamond platinum ring from in dubai

If you can wait until evening i will let you know the shop name. However, if you put the co ordinates below in google earth you it will pin the location for you 26.281540 50.214059 . The shop is in Khobar shumalia and NOT Dammam.

In Dubai I am not too sure. I have only bought from Khobar and Singapore.

There is one good store in Khobar, Gold Palace it's at he back of Enjaz bank. Enjaz near Kadiwa Supermarket. At the back of enjaz, there are many diamond and gold store, but look for Gold Palace.
