it depends where you live, but should look not at the main shopping malls like central but at big c extra or lotus they have these satellite shops selling (renting a block from lotus or big c) , should try those, you'll definitely find one. I have a lotus near my house and they have CTH-where u can watch the premier league and international channels. Which part of bangkok are you in? i just returned from italy last month, amazing stuff!
