Business in Tirana/Shkoder or Durres

Hi all!

My hubby and I consider moving back to his homeland in a year or two. Since I am an old backpacker we are thinking of opening a B+B for backpackers and travellers on a low budget. Does anyone have any kind of experience?
Also does anyone know a good language school in Tirana or Durres? I would need to learn Albanian but we live in Switzerland and here it is almost impossible to book classes unless we end up with a whole in our pockets!
