we are wishing to sell a business found in the north of the Island, Grand Baie. Please see some details of the business down below:
The paramedical center offers therapeutic massages and other therapies with qualified professionals.
The center is located in Grand Baie, on Royal Road Pointe aux Canonniers, in a commercial complex which accommodates two other companies; one offering advertising and communication services, and the other offering fashion and prêt a porter. Hence, the surroundings and the environment is busy and well located.
The building and location is a newly constructed site, which is modern, elegant looking and appealing.
The center consists of a spacious reception
Two large rooms
One kitchen
One bathroom and 2 WC
