For this kind of job, you can ask some moving service to pack and send to Hanoi. The best solution is sent by railway. It is reasonable and safe. There must be a English speaking supervisor to help you during packing process. They must sign with you an detail inventory.
However, you can buy some empty box to stuff and pack by your self to save money
