Hope for the best..
I received a letter dated 22nd of September 2014 which i received on 3rd of October.
Let see the letter stated that it might take unto 3 months and also i happened to meet a girl who stated that she applied on 4th of May 2015 and they have received their visa on 21 August. I met them when i went to submit my application in VFS chennai. She came to submit the passport for Visa stamping.
Hi, most of them received the same mail. But I never received this kind of mail notification. Almost 11th month going on.(22-dec-2014). I am still waiting for my result. Whenever I call them "they said the same ANS" they also don't like to call them to ask the status.
Note: who are all studied PHD or top 200 colleges they all get their GC visa with in 3 to 6 month.

May be till last year i believe they had points for work experience as well. I heard from the VFS consultancy that people who have applied this year has received but some of them who applied last year are still waiting. so it completely depends on case officer and differs from case to case.
Hope for the best...
I talk to them over phone. Also my word is not official. But application's (on or b'r 24th Dec 3014)need to complete before Christmas(2015). Bz they don't like to mix their process along with new GC process(2015 Jan onwards).

It's going to become very hard to immigrate in Denmark even for Europeans, even it's in Schengen area, so, I don't say you for non-European Union citizens. It's a country with a big national proud and a kind of nationalism. This country wants persons who speaks already Danish and who are willing to get the danish culture. And as I said you, even europeans are not always welcomes. Danemark doesn't want communautarism, if not, you won't be integrated and it will be very hard for you to find a job or communicate with administration...
If you can choose another country, do it, if not, you won't be happy in Denmark... If you are the chance to get a visa or green card, but soon, there aren't it anymore...

I think your view point making sense.
The Venstre government is preparing its next round of tighter immigration laws, this time targeting those who want to obtain permanent residency.
Denmark eyes series of immigration law changes (07 Oct 15)
After already implementing tougher rules for refugees and would-be citizens, the Danish government is now planning to tighten the restrictions for foreigners who want to obtain permanent residence.
The changes being championed by the Venstre government appear to largely mirror the new citizenship requirements that were approved by parliament earlier this month.

According to TV2, the government will push to change the Danish language demands by requiring foreigners to pass the Danish 2 exam rather than the current Danish 1 exam. Foreigners with criminal records will also face a 50 percent longer quarantine for residency than they do now.
Self-reliance and employment requirements will also be sharpened. Whereas today a foreigner needs to have been employed for three of the past five years, the new proposed rules would change that to 2.5 out of the past three years. On top of that, applicants for permanent residency will have to meet at least two of the following four supplementary requirements: ‘active citizenship’ or the passing of a test on societal values and norms; a regular full-time job for four of the past 4.5 years, an annual average income of 300,000 kroner for two years or successfully passing the Danish 3 language exam.

On the other hand, foreigners will now be able to apply for permanent residency after four years rather than the current five years.
Integration Minister Inger Støjberg was scheduled to begin negotiations on the proposed changes on Tuesday afternoon. TV2 reported that the negotiations will also include changes to family reunification rules. In its law catalogue released earlier this month, the government alluded to changes in that area that would include tougher restrictions for “foreigners who have poorer preconditions for becoming integrated into Danish society” and easier rules for “foreigners who are consider to be suitable for integration”.
