Difficult to say as peoples lifestyles differ.
For cost of living try www.numbeo.com to give you an idea of costs for food, rents etc.

Visa costs need to be considered as is travel in and out to renew visas. If working there then company should take care of that cost.

You would need to consider medical insurance cover which can be pricey.
