Coconut oil

Post new topic

Hi,
I buy coconut oil homemade from Ben Tre for dandruff treatment. Washing shampoo does not work well in this case. I wonder expats have something nicer to remove this kind of discomfort.
Really need some recommend.

Thanks.

try selium sulfide shampoo. But i find dandruff is a result of diet, stress and water quality ...i use to have it bad until i changed my diet - no deep fried or oily food. no sugar or alot of salt. lots of water, fruit, vegetables. etc...YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT.

Hi bongolongo,
Thanks for your sharing.
I've studied about drandruff and you're right. I've tried to keep a balanced diet and drink much water. However, just sometimes I get this kind of trouble. Then I use coconut oil to make my head clean. It's time consuming to do some massage on head skin, keep it warm around 01 hour, later wash away coconut oil with washing shampoo.

I suggest you should consult a skin specialist before doing some treatment.
Or you can do a skin test yourself and make some homemade natural shampoo for further use.
Pm me if you need a natural anti-dandruff recipe  :)

Selenium Sulfide shampoos( such as Selsun) are available in market but it also has side effects if you use without a prescription from doctor. Check here for more details.
Personal hygiene is very important in dandruff treatment.

coconoa oil

You can mix a very small amout of coconut oil with shampoo for washing, please test by this way. (Moderated: no free ad on the forum + register in the business directory pls)

Thank you Coconoa oil.
Are you in Khanh Hoa? It's too far.
Now I buy from my friend, it's handmade as well.
