I know one trick to reduce the belly...............as per ayurveda..............
You just have a good water drinking habit and 50 % of your diseases will be gone and you can have a flat belly........
Water Therapy:5000 years before solution came in Ayurveda.............
Early in the morning after waking up first thing you have to do is take as much as water without brushing or washing your mouth........don't take in one stretch drink slowly.........
45 minutes before every meals /lunch/ dinner and 90 minutes after every meals/lunch/dinner........

within a month you can feel the difference.............
Try it and get fit............

Part of the reason I enjoy this website is because it doesn't have all these yahoo-type articles that are mostly written to make people feel inadequate and like we are doing things wrong!

Yes, this is an open discussion forum, but it is still an expat website, and that is what people come here to discuss. For threads about belly fat, there are millions of weight loss sites where this information is better suited. Can we please try to keep these forums more on topic, about things that are of particular interest to people who are living in a country different than where they grew up?

Go to a wheat free diet.  No wheat at all.

Hello ECS,

I have missed one line to write in my previous post to clear that why i have written the remedy and this is the one of the reason...........If we don't have a proper water drinking habit we can find our belly fat is not losing...................

I'm fat and proud.
I see my rolls of fat as sexy.
Jogging is easy as people get out of the way in the same manner they do when a large tsunami is about to engulf their village.
My armpits get really sweaty, so much I can clear a queue at any supermarket checkout and get home without delay.
My man boobs got me a job with Victoria's secret; a very nicely paid position.
In fact, if you look at page 13 of their 2012 catalogue, that's me at the top of the page, wearing the little pink number.

Come out of the fridge and wear your fat with pride.

Its only possible by you mas fred.........and i agree with you that how we want our life should be in whatever condition we are,we can enjoy and be happy..........thats what i can learn from you...........thanks... :thanks:

Agreed!
I've not eaten any wheat for over 2 years now.
And not only no wheat but no other grains either.
The only exception in rice in small quantities.

Not only that but large parts of the information in the article in completely WRONG.
It's demonizing saturated fat although it is known for decades that this myth is based on a falsified study by the American physiologist Ancel Keys in his "Seven Countries Study" in 1963. (Actually there were 22 countries, but Keys selectively analyzed information from only seven of them.) Mankind and his ancestors have been around for something like 2 millions years with the same digestive system as modern man and during that time animal fat was the main part of his diet.
In addition, exercise only contributes  a very minor part of weight loss (something like 20%) yet the article perpetuates the old myth that 'workouts' will help you lose weight.

I just cannot control my diet...

El Jost: that's pretty much what I expect from yahoo shine. It's part of why I'm feeling so eyerolly to see it here on this nice forum. Apparently I'm alone in feeling this is just not the place to discuss belly fat on an expat website

Christine

Hello everyone,

I agree with ECS, this is not the place to discuss belly fat.
