Validity of Spouse Visa

Hello

I need some expert advice on below.

I am working in Oman and my employer has sponsored family which includes visa for my wife and daughter. Now i am planning to move out of Oman and my employer will cancel my visa.But my wife want to stay with her parents (living in Oman) for 2-3 months. so if i cancel my visa and exit from Oman, will it effect the status of my spouse and child visa. Will there visa can get cancelled or are they legally authorize to stay in Oman till validity of their visa without husband in Oman.

Please advise.

Hi RRNN,

Your wife and daughter can continue to stay in Oman as long as their visas are valid provided your sponsor does not have an issue with that and usually they won't. However, clarify this with your sponsor and take their consent first before you cancel your visa and exit the country.
