My PR Expired om Nov 2012 , and when i tried to renew it online it was rejected.
Now what are the chances of Getting an EP n singapore and is the chance high for Approval since i was a Singapore PR holder Earlier.

If you left your CPF account intact, you have good chances to get an EP - but you should attach to the EP application an explanation why you left Singapore temporarily.
If you withdrew your CPF money, it will be much more difficult: Singapore authorities do not like people who claim to want to stay in Singapore permanently (that is what PR means), then leave permanently (that is what cancelling CPF means) after just a few years. They call them PR abusers (and that many of them in the past were Indian makes getting any visa very difficult for Indians right now). They will only get an an EP if they have niche skills that are rare and highly needed in Singapore.
