Student housing in Kuala Lumpur

Hi can somebody give me some options for student housing in kuala lumpur?
I will be an exchange student in 2014 and will be attending university of malaya.
Where can I find a flat (i would share it with a friend) close to um for 1 semester?

I would be really grateful for some advice.

The University will be able to help suggest the condominiums where students live. I heard there are quite a few around Asia Jaya LRT station including PJ Millennium Tower.

Pls give more info....actual length of staying period + budget + location of the school + can you drive, and etc.

Do be careful.....in KL theTenancy Agreement is one year long, and has 2 + 1 months deposit, plus one year visa to sign the Tenancy Agreement.....etc.
