Mobily 4g router shows USA ip address for its external ip

Any it geek can tell me why mobily 4g routers shows a usa ip address as the external ip address , and i think because of this even my port forwarding option is not working in this mobily router

If by external IP you mean the IP assigned to you by the service provider, it can be that a outbound VPN Connection is created by your router (or any client connected to router). Make sure no 3rd party applications are installed on your network like hotspot-shield etc.
