Is there a really good chance for foreigners to study and continue their education in England?, And how it can be started?, Or where to start from?

hai.. you fist go onto the UCAS website, this is a company that you have to go through to go to university in England. On there you can look at what grades you will need to get into specific university.
there are tables that will show how your american grades convert over to the ucas points system.
When it comes round to the year that you will be going to university you will have to have sorted out the ucas forms and done a personal statement.

Talk to your teachers in school and also maybe ring up ucas to find out.best wishes for your studis in England.
