It sounds like you are looking to come to Japan to look for work.A tourist visa cannot be converted to a work visa. The authorities in Japan are very strict when it comes to visas and unless you have some unique skill that no one in Japan has, then you will not get work. If caught you will be deported.

I suggest you contact the Japanese Embassy in Bangladesh for visa information and applications.

Visas can be switched in Japan after one is due to be up. If you go to Japan on a holiday visa and get hired at a job, they should take care of the visa for you. If you want to study there, I say just start the process now and go over on a student visa. Less hassle. :)

Coming on a tourist visa will not serve your purpose. Either you need to find some employer who is willing to sponsor your work visa, or you come on a student visa and then try to find work.In any case, the possibility of finding work will depend on your Japanese language proficiency. There are not many exceptions to this requirement. A couple of exceptions are niche IT skills or native English speakers for English teaching jobs.As far as work visas are concerned, there are many types of work visas in Japan. However, the most common working visa category is the Japanese Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services visa.Unlike many other specialist visas, this category covers may different professions.

@kavai I don't think you can switch tourist visa to student  or working visa.Mostly Bangladeshis come to Japan via student visa and some if they finished their schooling/course there are some companies that willing to process or apply for working visa Student visa to working visa possible as I have some friends who have done that process. Also if you have sponsoring company that willing to process your certificate of eligibility in order to enter Japan (working visa) that's good option too

Hi, my tourist visa got refused in 2019 with A B C Refusal Stamp C circled. What if I get COE from a company to work in Japan, will my refusal stamp be playing any negative point in it?

And will renewing my passport before applying for the work visa will help just to hide my refusal stamp?
